A vision for flourishing communities

In the next 3-5 years

Our shared vision is to see a verdant and flourishing world, filled with peace and wholeness for all peoples by equipping and empowering women and men to make a difference in their communities. Over the next 3-5 years we aim to expand our Scholarship Programs and open two Hubs in South Asia to better support our students. .

  • $5,400 per Student

    Total Fundraising Goal for 250 Students: $1,350,000

    Through the Global Scholars Fund we hope to equip 250 changemakers around the globe. Despite our tiered tuition fee structure many of our current and potential students come from regions of the world where the cost to enroll in one WCIU course is equivalent to at least two months’ salary. Our desire is to help as many as we can to benefit from a transformative education. In order to do this, we are committed to raising $5,400.00 per student to help offset their tuition costs and enable them to remain in their contexts while they study.

  • $25,000 per Hub

    Total Fundraising Goal for 2 Hubs: $50,000

    We envision establishing two “hubs” in the global south, centered around field deans. These field deans will provide mentoring, coaching, and support for our students as well represent WCIU as we seek to develop sustainable partnerships in different regions of the world. Our goal is to raise $50,000.00 over the next two years to launch two “hubs.”
