Intent to Graduate Form

This form must be completed in order to graduate from WCIU and receive your diploma. All program requirements and conditions are to be met, including paying off any outstanding balance that you owe to WCIU and paying a $50 graduation fee.

Degrees are conferred and diplomas are mailed to all students who have met the graduation requirements. You will also receive one official transcript; to order additional transcripts, please see our transcript request page for more information.
