Thirty-eight years after her family’s escape from Laos, Chiraphone was led to return to her birthland to serve among her people. Her dream and vision is to live alongside Lao nationals and development workers to assist in researching and implementing strategic opportunities in three areas: education, heritage and economic development. The umbrella organization she founded, Impact Beyond Borders, seeks to catalyze dignified transformation for the Lao people. Lean in for Part 1 of this inspiring interview!
